Once you have your temporary access code you can call 385-2620 or 1-877-385-2620 (if long distance) to access "Otto" your 24 hr audio teller, or login to our website at www.hotlcu.org. to use "Otto-Net". You will be prompted to change your temporary access code to something you chose and pick your additional security features. When in you can follow the prompts to get you can get the information you desire.
